Senior Regulatory Officer (Food & Cosmetics)
Eddy is a Regulatory Affairs professional with a strong background in food science, regulation, and business. He holds a degree in Food Science and Technology, a Master’s in Food Quality Research and Development, and an MBA.
In a previous role as a Regulatory Affairs Associate, he ensured compliance of food supplements, including probiotics for both the general population and infants. His work included raw material assessments, product development reviews, dossier preparation, regulatory approvals, and support for policy updates, risk assessments, and process improvements.
He has also worked as a Regulatory and Nutrition Specialist, managing compliance for new products such as biscuits, pasta, and cereal bars, while maintaining legislative databases and delivering training. His career began as a Laboratory Technician, where he gained hands-on experience in microbiological testing and food safety reporting.
Outside of work, Eddy enjoys walks, reading, and travelling. He has a passion for music, plays the piano, attends concerts, and stays active through CrossFit.
