Roz Sutton, BSc

Chief Executive Officer

Roz joined regenold as Chief Executive Officer in April 2026, bringing over 25 years of experience in regulatory strategy, team leadership, and business growth across both pharmaceutical and consultancy environments. Her career includes senior roles at Roche, GSK, DLRC and tranScrip, where she has successfully led high-performing teams and delivered complex programmes across a range of therapeutic areas, including neurosciences, oncology and rare diseases.

As CEO, Roz is focused on providing clear leadership and fostering a shared vision across the team. She is passionate about supporting clients to bring safe and effective medicines and products to patients around the world. She places strong value on collaboration, championing diverse strengths, and creating an environment where individuals and teams can thrive and do their best work.

Roz holds a BSc in Pharmacology and a Certificate in Training Practice.

Beyond her professional role, Roz is a strong advocate for learning and development, both within the workplace and in the wider community. She supports careers initiatives in local schools and contributes to industry development through her involvement with TOPRA. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active at the gym, travelling with her family, dining out, and relaxing together over a favourite TV programme.

Paul Quinn

Managing Director

Paul has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in various quality control and quality assurance roles. Paul graduated from Dublin City University with a degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science in 2001. Having held a number of management positions in quality assurance, Paul went on to complete the MSc in Pharmaceutical Technology and Quality Systems (QP course) in UCC graduating in 2016.

Paul joined regenold (Ireland) Ltd in 2019 as a qualified person. Paul has since moved into the role of Managing Director of the Irish business and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team at regenold.

Paul has three children and enjoys playing football in his spare time.

Wendy Dodd, BSc (Hons)

Associate Director, Regulatory

Wendy Dodd joined regenold in July 2025 as Head of Regulatory, bringing with her over 18 years’ experience in the regulatory environment. Her career spans a wide range of sectors including OTC medicines, medical devices and cosmetics, with a particular interest in innovation and borderline classifications.

Throughout her career, Wendy has contributed to the development and launch of globally recognised brands, supporting products from concept through to market launch across multiple international territories. She has a strong passion for identifying the most impactful and compliant claims for products, and thrives on the challenge of working with complex or innovative regulatory scenarios.

Wendy’s expertise covers the full product lifecycle. She particularly enjoys the creative and strategic aspects of regulatory work, and is known for her collaborative approach. In her role at regenold, Wendy leads the Regulatory team, supporting clients in navigating regulatory pathways with clarity and confidence.

Wendy holds a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Hull. Outside of work, she enjoys a busy family life and loves spending time outdoors. She’s also an avid reader with a broad taste in genres, and keeps active through running, dancing and singing.

Neil Prideaux, BSc; MTOPRA

Regulatory Manager (Medicines)

Neil is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with over 20 years of experience across the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. As Regulatory Manager at regenold, he supports the regulatory team with the preparation, submission, and post-approval maintenance of marketing authorisation applications. He also oversees the systems used for managing and generating eCTD submissions, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Since joining regenold in 2012, Neil has progressed through roles of increasing responsibility, drawing on earlier experience in regulatory compliance for a contract cosmetics manufacturer and as an assistant analyst in medicines manufacturing. He plays a key role in helping clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks, offering strategic guidance and clarity on evolving requirements; particularly in response to the challenges introduced by the UK’s withdrawal from the EU.

Neil holds a BSc from the Open University, an HNC in Applied Science, and a PGCE from the University of Exeter. He is a full member of TOPRA (MTOPRA). Outside of work, Neil enjoys family life in Devon with his two school-age daughters.

Nicola Gover, BSc(Hons), PhD

Regulatory Manager (Medicines)

Nicola Gover is a Regulatory Affairs Manager at regenold, bringing over 14 years of experience to the table. She’s your go-to for all things UK and European regulatory strategy, helping pharmaceutical companies with marketing authorisations and post-market compliance. Nicola and her team are experts at guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes, from short-term projects to long-term collaborations, often involving scientific advice, leading to successful submissions.

Before joining regenold, Nicola honed her skills at a multinational pharmaceutical/FMCG company, where she focused on global strategy and new product development for Over The Counter (OTC) and Pharmacy medicines. Her expertise truly spans the entire product lifecycle, with a particular knack for early strategy, engaging with agencies, and fostering collaborative approaches for both OTC and new chemical entities.

Academically, Nicola holds a PhD in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Leeds and a 1st class BSc Hons in Molecular Cell Biology from the University of York. She’s also a proud member of The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA). When she’s not immersed in regulatory strategies, you’ll find Nicola enjoying the outdoors – trail running, cycling, hiking, and skiing – and giving back to the community by volunteering with GoodGym.

Saratu Ateiza

Regulatory Manager (Medicines)

Saratu is a dynamic and accomplished pharmaceutical professional with over 14 years of expertise in regulatory affairs. With skills honed during her various generic and innovator pharmaceutical companies, she has a proven track record in marketing authorisation applications, life cycle management, and regulatory strategy, with rich experience spanning small molecules and biologicals covering therapy areas in oncology, haematology, and rare diseases to name a few.

Currently, she serves as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at regenold, where she leads a high-performing team of regulatory professionals. She thrives off stakeholder collaboration both internally and externally and is instrumental in overseeing dossier preparation and submissions, fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance across the client product portfolio, meticulous resource planning, and the successful delivery of pipeline projects.

Beyond her professional achievements, Saratu is a creative force. She channels her ingenuity into sewing, culinary explorations, and various crafts, showcasing her meticulous attention to detail and passion for creating.

Mihai-Inceu

Regulatory Manager (Food & Cosmetics)

Mihai is a food and pharma regulatory professional with 3 years regulatory experience including Food Supplements, Fortified Foods, Herbal and Homeopathic Drugs and Cosmetics; which he gained working in his previous role in a natural healthcare company.

He also has QA experience in QMS Specialist Role and knowledge of laboratory processes from previous work in Food Testing, Bioequivalence Studies and QC Laboratories.

Mihai is an Environmental Engineering graduate (BEng). He is also an avid tennis player, with a big interest in musical theatre.

Anna Johnstone

Principal Regulatory Officer

Anna is a highly experienced Regulatory Officer with over 16 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She brings extensive knowledge in clinical safety, with a particular focus on the reclassification of medicines in the UK.

Before transitioning into the pharmaceutical sector, Anna trained and worked as a Pharmacy Technician for more than five years. Her hands-on experience within the NHS, working directly with healthcare professionals and patients, provides her with valuable practical insight.

Throughout her career, Anna has developed deep expertise in managing Marketing Authorisation (MA) maintenance activities, delivering medicines information services, and crafting strategic approaches for complex regulatory submissions.

She supports clients to ensure claims and advertising remain competitive but compliant across a range of products, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, medical devices, cosmetics, and food supplements.

Anna specialises in the development and submission of medicine reclassification applications in the UK, guiding clients through scientific advice procedures and regulatory pathways. She has successfully led multiple switch applications during her time at regenold.

As a member of TOPRA and an active participant in PAGB working groups, Anna stays up to date with the latest regulatory developments – ensuring her clients benefit from current, informed guidance.

Faizah Rasul

Regulatory Team Leader

Faizah is a Regulatory Team Leader at regenold with over seven years of experience in clinical and regulatory affairs. She has successfully supported a wide range of clients across various regulatory activities, including regulatory strategy development, line extension submissions, scientific and regulatory agency advice, and lifecycle management. Driven by a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, Faizah is currently undertaking an MSc in Regulatory Affairs to further strengthen her expertise and better serve her clients.

Before transitioning into consultancy, Faizah gained valuable experience in clinical research while working as a Clinical Trials Associate at a mid-sized Clinical Research Organisation. In this role, she supported project management, clinical operations, medical, and regulatory teams across several Phase III and Phase V trials in a variety of therapeutic areas.

Faizah also holds an MSc in Biomedical Science from Aston University and is an active member of TOPRA – The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs.

Outside of work, Faizah enjoys hiking, baking, and volunteering with charitable organisations on overseas deployments to Africa and the Middle East, where she supports communities in need.

Karen Bradshaw

Regulatory Team Leader

Karen leads the pharmaceutical copy approval department, specialising in both promotional and non-promotional materials. With four years’ experience across medicines, specials, and medical devices, she is highly skilled at interpreting industry regulations, balancing client objectives and ensuring risk-aware, compliant outcomes. Currently, she combines her compliance expertise with client-facing responsibilities as a Client Onboarding Partner, managing new clients via HubSpot, building strong relationships, and applying Sandler training techniques. She has also recently returned to line management, where she enjoys creating a supportive and motivating environment, helping people feel confident and valued in their roles.

Prior to her regulatory career, Karen spent 15 years in the pharmaceutical events sector, travelling extensively, while gaining experience in compliance, negotiation, sourcing, networking and stakeholder management. She successfully led a team of 11, increasing both profitability and operational efficiency, while maintaining a collaborative and positive team culture.

A BA (Hons) Travel Management graduate and conversational Spanish speaker, Karen is known for her attention to detail and personable approach. Outside of work, she is a vibrant individual with a passion for music and theatre.

Eddy Alcala Pena, MSc

Senior Regulatory Officer (Food & Cosmetics)

Eddy is a Regulatory Affairs professional with a strong background in food science, regulation, and business. He holds a degree in Food Science and Technology, a Master’s in Food Quality Research and Development, and an MBA.

In a previous role as a Regulatory Affairs Associate, he ensured compliance of food supplements, including probiotics for both the general population and infants. His work included raw material assessments, product development reviews, dossier preparation, regulatory approvals, and support for policy updates, risk assessments, and process improvements.

He has also worked as a Regulatory and Nutrition Specialist, managing compliance for new products such as biscuits, pasta, and cereal bars, while maintaining legislative databases and delivering training. His career began as a Laboratory Technician, where he gained hands-on experience in microbiological testing and food safety reporting.

Outside of work, Eddy enjoys walks, reading, and travelling. He has a passion for music, plays the piano, attends concerts, and stays active through CrossFit.

Jessica Caunt

Senior Regulatory Officer

Jessica is a Senior Regulatory Officer and brings over 5 years’ experience within regulatory affairs to regenold, specialising in promotional copy review and product information for POM, OTC, medical devices and specials in line with the applicable guidance and codes.

Before moving into consultancy with regenold, Jessica held positions at large multinational pharmaceutical companies. Jessica gained valuable experience submitting Phase I to III Clinical Trial Applications and modifications across the EU using the Clinical Trial Information System.

Jessica holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from De Montfort University and an MSc in Advanced Biomedical Science.

When not navigating regulatory frameworks, Jess enjoys figure skating and reading.

Kaitlyn Leafe

Senior Regulatory Officer

Kaitlyn is a Senior Regulatory Officer at regenold, bringing over six years of experience in regulatory strategy and operations. She currently supports clients with UK marketing authorisations and life-cycle management activities across a range of therapeutic areas.

Before joining regenold, Kaitlyn worked within a Phase I Contract Research Organisation (CRO) and Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO), where she managed the submission of UK clinical trial applications on behalf of clients – from global pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotech firms. This role developed her ability to navigate fast-paced, multi-project environments with a focus on regulatory compliance and delivery.

Kaitlyn holds a BSc in Biomedical Science from the University of Sheffield and is an active member of The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs (TOPRA).

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time at the gym and is an avid Formula 1 fan.

Francesca Ward

Senior Regulatory Officer

Francesca is a Senior Regulatory Officer at regenold with over 5 years of experience navigating both UK and EU regulatory frameworks. She has a strong track record in client and project management across a diverse range of products, providing support in strategic MAA planning, dossier due diligence, eCTD publishing and submission, and ensuring ongoing compliance with industry regulations. Francesca also liaises effectively with external regulatory bodies to maintain alignment with evolving requirements.

In addition to her main regulatory responsibilities, Francesca plays an active role in the business development and contributes to the regulatory intelligence subgroup. Her work in this area is with a focus on the future of digital regulatory systems and ISO-IDMP data standard implementation across the EU and UK.

Francesca continues to develop her regulatory knowledge by undertaking the TOPRA Level 7 Regulatory Affairs Specialist Apprenticeship and a MSc in Regulatory Affairs alongside her day-to-day responsibilities and is close to completing both qualifications.

Outside of work, Francesca enjoys an active lifestyle, particularly hiking, running and netball, the latter at which she competes at a UK regional level. She is also a travel enthusiast and is currently learning Mandarin, reflecting her commitment to continuous personal growth.

Matthew Wilkins

Senior Regulatory Officer

Matthew is a committed professional with extensive expertise in both UK and EU lifecycle management and marketing authorisation applications, which allows him to support clients with a range of queries. He approaches problems with diligence and flexibility to ensure a positive resolution.

He has worked on both EU and UK projects through national, MRP/DCP and work-sharing procedures, managing deliverables to ensure compliance is maintained. Matthew has also assisted clients by liaising with regulatory authorities such as the MHRA and HPRA to allow them to navigate complex issues through to a successful resolution.

Matthew continues to expand his knowledge in the world of regulatory affairs through the TOPRA Level 7 Apprenticeship/MSc in Regulatory Affairs, where he has gained an insight into areas such as herbal medicinal products, biological medicines and data management.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys playing the tuba with various Midlands-based brass bands performing in concerts and competitions across the UK.

Adrienne Williamson, BSc (Hons)

Regulatory and Administration Officer

Adrienne joined regenold in September 2024 and is based in the Nottingham office. She supports the life cycle management of licences, overseeing publishing processes and providing vital support to the regulatory team.

With 25 years of experience in clinical software, Adrienne has worked across design, user interface development, quality assurance, implementation and live product support. Her broad technical background brings valuable insight and precision to her role at regenold.

Outside of work, Adrienne enjoys baking, theatre trips, and travelling.

Martina White

Regulatory and Administration Officer

Martina joined regenold in October 2024, where she now leads the GMP and GDP Consultant teams. With a PhD in Pharmacy, Martina brings extensive expertise from her previous role as a Quality Consultant at Orphan Drug Consulting. She also spent several years at Leo Pharma, where she held key positions in Product Development and Validation, and served as a Qualified Person (QP).

Martina enjoys running, keeping fit, traveling, and reading in her spare time.

Sinead O'Malley, B.Sc, P.Grad Dip, M.Sc

Head of Quality Operations (Qualified Person)

Sinead O’Malley is an accomplished Quality leader and Qualified Person with extensive experience across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices in highly regulated environments. She has held senior roles at Viatris and Prothena Biosciences, leading quality teams in cGMP settings and managing audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance across EU, US, and global markets. Her experience spans the full product lifecycle and a wide range of product formats, including sterile injectables and combination products.

Sinead is currently Head of Quality Operations and Qualified Person at regenold, where she leads the GMP and GDP Quality teams, performs QP duties on MIA and MIA IMP licences, supports client projects, hosts regulatory inspections, and acts as a key contact for the HPRA. She is recognised for implementing robust Quality Management Systems, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a strong culture of continuous improvement.

She holds a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Technology and Quality Systems, a Higher Diploma in Quality Assurance, and a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from NUI Cork and NUI Galway. Outside of work, Sinead enjoys travelling, walking, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

Darrell-Collett

GDP Manager

Darrell joined regenold as GDP Manager in April 2023. With experience as a Clinical Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager, Darrell then moved into the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Quality Pharmacist before becoming an RP.

At regenold, Darrell manages the GDP team (RPs, RPIs and Quality Officers) under the direction of the Associate Director of Quality to help build the GDP related areas of the business. She also supports the team on any GDP or Pharmacy related matters.

Darrell is a busy mum of two and enjoys exercising as much as time allows.

Przemyslaw (Marco) Zaorski

GDP Team Leader, Responsible Person & Responsible Person (import)

Przemyslaw joined regenold in April 2025 as a Responsible Person (RP) and Responsible Person Import (RPI), bringing nearly 20 years of experience in GMDP Quality System management. He currently also serves as GDP Team Leader, where he leads a team of four direct reports and drives strategic compliance initiatives across pharmaceutical distribution operations.

He is highly skilled in gap analysis, risk assessments, and GDP compliance, with a strong track record of navigating MHRA and EU regulatory frameworks. Przemyslaw leads audits, optimises quality systems, manages license variations, and ensures seamless integration during acquisitions.

Aaron Groogan

Responsible Person

Aaron joined regenold in April 2025 as a Responsible Person (RP), bringing over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in both GMP and GDP environments and a proven track record of delivering for clients on a consultancy basis in previous roles.

He is highly skilled in problem solving, QMS management, gap analysis, risk assessments, and GDP compliance, with a strong track record of navigating MHRA, HPRA and EU regulatory frameworks.

Consulting Highlights:

• Delivered efficient projects that reduced costs and improved quality controls.
• Guided clients through the end-to-end process of successful IMPD submissions, QP Declarations and QP release, enabling regulatory approval and timely clinical trial supply.

Aaron is focused on delivering pragmatic, value-driven outcomes that strengthen both product quality and regulatory compliance.

Outside of work, he manages the local under 18 Hurling team for his club, Ballinascreen.

John-Paul Creggy

Responsible Person

John-Paul Creggy is a Quality professional with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors. His role as a Responsible Person (RP) sees him advising clients on Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance, supporting Wholesale Distribution Authorisation (WDA) applications in Ireland, and acting as a contract RP for multiple organisations.

John-Paul has a strong background in Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance. He has successfully led the rollout of validated QMS platforms, supported HPRA audits, managed cold chain validation programs, and earned a reputation for practical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and team mentoring.

He holds a Master’s degree in Biopharmaceutical Engineering from University College Dublin and is passionate about implementing effective, real-world quality systems that help companies navigate complex regulatory landscapes with confidence.

Outside of work, John-Paul enjoys decompressing by spending time with his wife and two children, mentoring local hurling and camogie teams, and unwinding with classic war films on TV.

Alison Consterdine

Responsible Person

Alison joined regenold in 2022 and brings over 20 years of Quality Assurance experience across multiple sectors. She is an integral part of the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) team, ensuring the compliant set up and maintenance of clients’ Pharmaceutical Quality Management Systems and Wholesale Dealers Authorisations (WDA).

In 2023, Alison achieved MHRA Responsible Person (RP) status, a recognition that required demonstrating her in depth knowledge of GDP, regulatory compliance and the safeguarding of medicines supply chains. This qualification enables her to act as the named individual on clients’ licences, taking accountability for ensuring that all regulatory obligations are met and maintained.

In 2026, she was nominated as a Responsible Person (import) (RPi), further highlighting her standing in the field and her commitment to supporting the safe and compliant movement of medicinal products.

Additionally, as a Client Onboarding Partner, she is the GDP department lead on processing new proposals and enquiries, leading scoping calls and liaising with client contacts.

Charles Matthews

Responsible Person

Charles is a highly organised and dedicated professional with extensive experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, specialising in MHRA and GDP compliance. As a Senior Quality Officer and Responsible Person, Charles has built a strong reputation for maintaining the highest standards of product safety, regulatory adherence, and operational efficiency across complex and demanding environments.

With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Liverpool, Charles brings a valuable technical background that enhances his analytical and process-driven approach to quality management. His early career in IT and systems management provided him with a deep understanding of infrastructure, data integrity, and process automation, which he continues to apply effectively in the quality and compliance field.

A certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and a member of TOPRA, IRCA, and CQI, Charles is committed to continuous professional development and industry best practice. His strong grasp of regulatory frameworks, combined with hands-on experience in auditing and compliance, allows him to provide expert support to clients while driving ongoing improvements within his organisation.

Charles is known for his adaptability, professionalism, and clear communication, consistently fostering collaboration across departments to achieve shared goals. His blend of regulatory expertise, technical knowledge, and leadership skills has enabled him to advance to a senior position and contribute meaningfully to the culture of excellence within his current role.

Joy Simpson

GMP Manager (Qualified Person)

Joy is an accomplished GMP Lead and Qualified Person with a robust background in pharmaceutical quality assurance and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as GMP Quality Lead at regenold, Joy oversees GMP compliance, batch certification, and regulatory inspections, acting as a key liaison with authorities such as the HPRA. Her career spans leadership roles at Viatris and AbbVie, where she managed third-party quality, risk management, and biologics product release.

Joy holds a PhD in Neuropharmacology and a QP qualification from Trinity College Dublin.

Caterina Cioffi

Qualified Person

Caterina is a Qualified Person with a strong background in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. She is recognised for her detail-oriented approach, risk-based decision-making and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain.

Caterina has extensive experience supporting internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, maintaining robust quality systems and driving continuous improvement. She is dedicated to ensuring that all released products meet the highest standards of quality, safety and efficacy, in full alignment with EU and global regulatory requirements.

Sean Hanaway, B.Sc, M.Sc

Qualified Person

Sean joined regenold in February 2026, bringing extensive experience as a Qualified Person specialising in biologics and sterile products, with responsibility for product certification and release in line with EU regulatory requirements.

He previously served as CMC Quality Manager at Amryt Pharmaceuticals DAC, part of the Chiesi Group, managing contract manufacturers and laboratories and leading GxP audits. Earlier in his career, he established GMP and GDP Quality Management Systems at Althera Laboratories Ltd, qualifying as a Responsible Person, and progressed through Quality Assurance roles at Ipsen Manufacturing Ireland Limited after starting out at Abbott Diagnostics.

Sean holds a BSc in Science, Biology and Chemistry, Double Honours, from Maynooth University and an MSc in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology from Trinity College Dublin.

Outside of work, he enjoys going to the gym and has recently taken up running. To unwind, he enjoys reading and a good science fiction TV series.

Jessica Clifford Broughall

Senior Quality Officer – GMP

Jessica has four years of experience in the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries. As a Senior Quality Officer at regenold Ireland, she supports clients across a range of product types, including inhalation products, oral solutions, and topical formulations. Her previous experience includes production and batch release of a monoclonal antibody for domestic pets, as well as full-time onsite work at a Greenfield site focusing on product release and compliance.

Academically, Jessica holds a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from the Technological University of the Shannon Midlands, graduating in 2021 with First-Class Honours as one of the first ten graduates in the country with this degree. Building on this, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma (Level 9) in Process Validation and Regulatory Affairs in 2024, also with First-Class Honours.

Outside of work, Jessica is an avid fiction reader, a pole and aerial silks enthusiast, and an animal lover with two cats at home. Passionate about volunteering and community involvement, she completed a year of corporate fundraising for Irish Guide Dogs in 2024. Jessica is also the proud mother of a very active toddler girl.

Ciara McGowan, B.Sc, M.Sc, P. Grad Dip

Head of Quality Systems

Ciara brings over ten years of experience in pharmaceutical quality management, with expertise spanning compliance, validation, and supplier quality. She leads the Quality Systems team across the UK and Ireland, managing company-wide Quality Management Systems, overseeing KPIs and metrics, and supporting regulatory inspections.

Before joining regenold, Ciara held several senior quality positions at LEO Pharma, including Qualified Person (QP) and Quality Systems and Validation Manager, where she led audits, ensured GMP compliance, and drove continuous improvement initiatives.

Ciara holds a Diploma in Leadership from IMI, is a certified Lead GMP Auditor, and has completed postgraduate studies in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Biochemistry.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, hiking, swimming, cooking, and spending time with friends and family – activities that help her stay active, recharge, and have fun.

Katie Humphrey

Senior Quality Officer (QS)

Katie is a Senior QA Officer (Quality Systems) with over 10 years of experience in the GMP industry. She manages and maintains the internal Quality Management System while supporting broader QA needs across teams to ensure full compliance with GxP guidelines. Katie also collaborates with other departments to provide quality-focused guidance and solutions whenever needed.

Her previous role was her introduction to the industry. She began her career in the life sciences manufacturing industry (medical devices), where she progressed to Shift Leader, managing a team of 12. Over six years, she gained hands-on expertise in GMP manufacturing, auditing, quality assurance, and supply chain operations. During this time, she also delivered GMP training to wider teams and served as a Health and Safety Risk Assessor, overseeing new and existing equipment and processes.

Academically Katie holds a BSc in Medical Genetics from Swansea University and is currently expanding her training and knowledge in Computer Systems Validation and cyber security.

When Katie isn’t reviewing CAPAs and Change Controls you can often find her with her head in a book or chasing her children across the beach, rain or shine. She also enjoys exploring the National Trust locations across the UK.

Jacinta Maxwell

Senior Quality Officer (QS)

Jacinta joined regenold in January 2026, bringing extensive experience across quality, microbiology, validation and project management.

She previously worked as a Senior Quality Engineer at STERIS Westport, where she managed compliance and maintained the Quality Management System. There she was responsible for oversight of site documentation, product quarantine and final lot release, along with the management of non-conformances, CAPAs, complaints and change controls.

Jacinta has also worked with Amgen as a Senior Quality Specialist and Senior Quality Engineer, supporting new product introductions, technology transfers and process validation activities. She previously spent 17 years at the AbbVie Westport site, including roles across the Microbiology laboratory, Validation and Quality functions.

She holds a Degree in Science and an Honours Degree in Microbiology from the National University of Ireland, Galway. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, running, Pilates, yoga and spending time with her family at the beach.

Helen Edwards, PhD

Quality Officer (QS)

Helen has 9 years of experience within pharmaceutical drug discovery and a passion for meticulous, detail-orientated work. She transitioned into QA (clinical development) in 2024 and has since enjoyed growing and developing her knowledge in the areas of GMP and GDP, as part of her career professional development.

Helen joined regenold in 2025 as a QA Officer, assisting with coordination of the regenold Quality Management System, administering company-wide GxP training via the electronic Learning Management System, and providing support during GxP audits and inspections.

Helen holds a PhD in PhD Molecular & Cell Biology (Cancer Biology) and an MRes Integrative Biomedical Sciences from Imperial College, and a Bsc (Hons) 1st Biochemistry from the University of Surrey.

Outside of QA, Helen enjoys spending time with her family; exploring the countryside with their rescue dog or keeping score in their ongoing family board game competition. She’s also a keen gardener and can often be found getting her hands dirty at her allotment.

Alice Featherstone

Quality Team Student Placement

Alice joins the team on an industrial placement year from the University of Exeter, where she is studying Medical Sciences with a focus on Pharmacology and Therapeutics.

Based in the Barnstaple office, Alice will spend time across all departments during her placement year. This experience will give her a broad understanding of the business and valuable insight into how different teams contribute to overall success.

Outside of her studies and placement, Alice enjoys running, swimming, and socialising with friends.

Claire Crewe

Head of MA Compliance

Claire is the General Manager of Taw Pharma Limited, bringing over 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and an additional 12 years as a Detective Constable with the Metropolitan Police Service.

Claire specialises in quality management, regulatory compliance, and leading complex investigations. She has a strong track record in maintaining compliance with EU and UK standards for Marketing Authorisation Holders (MAHs). Her expertise includes managing quality systems, leading audits and inspections, and delivering training and oversight to cross-functional teams. As the client onboarding partner for MAH services, she also leads new proposals and handles client enquiries on behalf of Taw Pharma.

Prior to joining Taw Pharma, Claire held senior quality roles at regenold and Accord Healthcare, where she developed and implemented quality control systems, managed supplier qualification processes, and supported regulatory inspections.

Her background in law enforcement enhances her analytical mindset and attention to detail, particularly in risk management and problem-solving.

Claire holds multiple industry qualifications and is an active member of TOPRA (The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs). She is known for her leadership, precision, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys exploring the Devon countryside and is passionate about mentoring and supporting professional development within her teams.

Hannah Burdon

Quality Compliance Manager

Hannah Joined regenold in March 2022 and currently works within the Taw Pharma team as Quality Compliance Manager; her role involves supporting compliance activities for MA Holding and general quality support for the business, including due diligence and auditing. She possesses in-depth knowledge of GxP regulations and has extensive hands-on expertise in managing and developing quality systems as well as third party compliance.

Hannah has over 12 years of Quality experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Since graduating she has held roles with Perrigo and Accord Healthcare and has experience across QC, Stability, R&D and Quality Assurance. She is a member of the Royal Society of Biology and is in training to become a Qualified Person.

Outside of work, Hannah is a busy mum of 2 and loves spending her spare time at the beach or reading.

Kathryn Vale, BSc (Hons)

Regulatory Compliance Manager

Kathryn joined regenold as a regulatory officer in August 2019 with more than 12 years of regulatory experience within the pharmaceutical industry. She graduated from the University of the West of England in 2007, with a BSc (Hons) degree in Biomedical Science. She has since achieved the TOPRA Postgraduate Certificate in Regulatory Affairs from the University of Wales.

During her career she has gained experience in many aspects of regulatory and medical affairs including marketing authorisation maintenance, safety variations and renewals, maintenance of food supplements and cosmetics, change of ownership applications and medical information service provision. Kathryn also has experience of compiling eCTD sequences and the submission of applications using CESP and the MHRA portal.

Kathryn enjoys running in her spare time.

Erin Rostock

Compliance Officer

Erin is a Compliance Officer at Taw Pharma (Ireland) Ltd, part of the regenold Holdings Group, where she applies investigative expertise to ensure oversight and adherence to regulatory and quality standards. With over six years’ experience spanning healthcare, law enforcement, and pharmaceutical compliance, she specialises in EU and UK marketing authorisation holding oversight.

Before moving into the pharmaceutical sector, Erin served as a Police Constable with Devon and Cornwall Police, where she investigated cases within the Domestic Violence Unit and Criminal Investigation Department. This background in safeguarding, crisis response, and multi-agency collaboration strengthened her analytical, communication, and organisational skills, which now underpin her compliance duties.

Erin holds a First-Class Honours BSc in Professional Policing Practice from the University of South Wales and has recently completed PRINCE2 project management training. Known for her empathetic and pragmatic approach, she is passionate about fostering positive working environments and building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Andrew Purchase

Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance

Andrew joined regenold in September 2025 and has close to 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in pharmacovigilance and drug safety. Andrew has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of pharmacovigilance, both in clinical research and post marketing surveillance. In addition, Andrew has close to 4 years of experience as a UK Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (UK QPPV).

Andrew has an established history of providing strategic oversight and pragmatic, sensible solutions to ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance requirements and regulations. His dual experience at clinical research organisations and within industry affords Andrew the ability to create a broad range of delivery models for clients.

Andrew holds an Honours Degree in Forensic Science from the University of Glamorgan, Wales. In his spare time, he enjoys travel, playing golf and spending as much time as possible with family and friends

Sharon Corbett

EEA QPPV

Sharon joined regenold in April 2022 and brings over 15 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance across both consultancy and industry. She has extensive expertise in clinical trial and post-marketing safety, having worked with leading organisations including IQVIA, Athlone Laboratories, and Kent Pharmaceuticals.

With more than six years’ experience as a UK and EU Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV), Sharon provides strategic oversight and pragmatic solutions to ensure compliance with global safety requirements. Her dual consultancy and industry background enables her to balance regulatory expectations with practical operational delivery for clients.

Sharon holds an Honours Degree in Science (Pharmacology and Physiology) from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Master’s in Immunology and Global Health from the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.

In her spare time, she loves playing Gaelic Football, baking and spending time with family and friends.

Jason Connell

EEA QPPV

Jason joined regenold as an EEA QPPV in February 2023. He has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2016, beginning his career as a Production Worker before progressing into Pharmacovigilance.

With over nine years of experience, Jason has held roles in client management, QPPV, and Deputy QPPV positions across multiple organisations. He has successfully led a range of projects, including implementing budgetary changes, managing the acquisition and integration of new products into company portfolios, and assessing regulatory requirements for market expansion into new territories.

Jason is passionate about helping organisations meet and exceed regulatory expectations through pragmatic, solutions-driven approaches that balance compliance with business needs.

He holds an MSc in Agricultural Innovation & Entrepreneurship and a BSc in Agricultural Science (Levels 7 & 8).

Outside of work, Jason enjoys farming, hurling, football, soccer, and rugby.

Zenda Geraghty

EEA QPPV

Zenda joined the team in April 2026 as EEA QPPV, bringing extensive experience across clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory reporting and project management.

She began her career at ICON, building a strong foundation in clinical trials, GCP and GDP, before moving into a laboratory role within an infectious disease unit, where she supported client testing and sample management. She later joined Aspen Pharma Trading Limited, contributing to signal detection, safety committees, aggregate reporting and risk management plans, before progressing to IQVIA as a Regulatory Reporting Manager, where she led a large team responsible for global adverse event reporting and developed strong operational and leadership skills. She then joined Arriello, managing key client projects, supporting business development activities and strengthening the project management function.

As EEA QPPV, Zenda is responsible for overseeing pharmacovigilance systems, monitoring medicinal product safety profiles and acting as a key liaison with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with current legislation.

She holds a Science degree from University College Dublin and a Project Management Diploma from the National College of Ireland. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, particularly at the GAA pitch and swimming.

Oscar Carter Burns

Pharmacovigilance Team Leader

Oscar joined regenold in 2021 as an officer in the pharmacovigilance department following the completion of his BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry at the University of Birmingham.

Throughout his tenure at regenold he has developed expertise in core PV processes including ICSR management, literature screening and signal management, as well as advanced PV activities such as auditing, aggregate report synthesis and global safety database / migration management. As a UK National Contact Person and client onboarding partner, he brings project management expertise and a deep insight of GVP legislation to support client PV compliance and promote patient safety. He also provides cross functional support to projects in medical devices, clinical PV and medical information.

Outside of work, Oscar enjoys hiking, rugby, golf and winter sports.

Lisa Courtier, Cert Health Sci; MPIPA

Pharmacovigilance Team Leader

Lisa is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with more than fifteen years in drug safety and pharmacovigilance. A certified member of PIPA, she has built a strong record of supporting patient safety across a range of responsibilities and therapeutic areas.

She began her career in 2010 at Celgene Ltd, joining as a Drug Safety Administrator before progressing to Drug Safety Associate and later to Specialist. In 2015, after relocating to North Devon, she joined regenold as a Drug Safety Officer, where her role has continued to evolve in line with growing expertise and responsibility.

Lisa’s work spans the full handling and processing of safety information, including ADRs and ICSRs, liaising closely with reporters to gather follow-up details, conducting literature reviews and supporting the maintenance of partner SDEAs. She is actively involved in signal management activities, contributes to PSMF updates and plays a key role in preparing for and managing partner meetings.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, running, HIIT and attending weekly fitness classes.

Helen Seurin, BSc(Hons); MPIPA; MTOPRA

Pharmacovigilance Team Leader

Helen brings over 28 years of regulatory, medical information and pharmacovigilance experience to regenold. She has covered the role of Deputy Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (dQPPV) prior to Brexit and now acts as a PV Team leader within the company and as a National Contact Person (NCP) for clients.

Before joining regenold, Helen held regulatory and medical information roles in a large UK generics pharmaceutical company. Whilst working for her former employer, Helen also completed a secondment to the pharmacovigilance department of the company’s office in Denmark, reporting to the company’s Medical Director, specifically focussing on the writing of Periodic Safety Update Reports (PSURs).

Helen holds a BSc (Hons) in Natural Sciences with Biology from the Open University with an emphasis on human biology. She is a member of PIPA.

Helen enjoys watching her son play sport, visiting the local coast and travelling abroad.

Sarah Parsons

Medical Information Lead

Sarah brings extensive medical information and pharmacovigilance expertise to her role, leading pharmacovigilance operations for multiple marketing authorisation holders and coordinating EU-wide medical information partnerships. She has overseen the implementation of new MI and PV systems, delivering compliant solutions that include case processing, literature monitoring, signal detection and partner reconciliation. Sarah led and contributed to successful audits and has delivered measurable operational improvements, notably leading a cross functional project to create a medical information database that enhanced workflow efficiency and won her a company teamwork award.

Earlier in her career, Sarah developed strong foundations in core PV processes such as case processing, literature monitoring, signal detection and PSMF maintenance. She has supported the implementation of a new pharmacovigilance safety database and has acted as NCP and dQPPV for a number of clients, assisting with strategic decisions and improving their processes. More recently, she has expanded her responsibilities to include elements of risk management and has contributed to due diligence activities. Her strong eye for detail and enjoyment of problem solving has enabled her to add significant value to clients navigating regulatory and operational challenges.

Sarah holds a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol, alongside advanced training certifications in pharmacovigilance and medical information. She represents regenold at industry events and is committed to progressing into future QPPV responsibilities. Outside of work, she enjoys running and fitness and completed the 2024 London Marathon.

Layan Dahabra, BSc, MSc

Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer

Layan joined regenold in 2024 as a Senior Officer in the pharmacovigilance department following her role as Senior Associate in Pharmacovigilance in Hikma Pharmaceuticals.

In 2020, Layan completed her master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with Management Studies in Kingston University London, followed by a publication in the field of oncology as part of her dissertation research. In 2018, Layan completed her bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering in the German Jordanian University.

Working closely with the UK and EU QPPVs, she is an SME for global and local literature, Global Safety Databases and signal management, and provides cross functional support to projects in medical information. Currently acting as a Senior Officer, she undertakes additional responsibilities in PSUR, PSMF / SDEA reviews, RMPs, and conducts safety data assessment and processing.

Outside work, Layan enjoys playing the piano, listening to music, reading psychology books, and spending time travelling or exploring new places with family and friends.

Grace Elwood, BSc

Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer

Grace joined regenold in February 2026 and brings over eight years of experience in clinical trials and pharmacovigilance. She began her career as a Data Manager at The Institute of Cancer Research, where she also supported pharmacovigilance and clinical operations activities. In 2020, Grace transitioned fully into pharmacovigilance at PRA, later acquired by ICON, and progressed to the role of Pharmacovigilance Project Lead.

Grace has extensive experience leading global safety teams on portfolio studies across multiple clients and therapeutic areas. She is recognised for her strong project leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and patient safety.

She holds a BSc in Zoology from the University of Bristol.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys reading, gardening, walking in the countryside, travelling, art, and photography.

Ciara McDonnell

Senior Pharmacovigilance Officer

Ciara joined regenold in December 2024, bringing over four years of experience from PPD, part of ThermoFisher, where she managed projects for both domestic and global clients.

In this role, she collaborated with multiple departments and subject matter experts to ensure projects were delivered on time and within budget. Prior to this, Ciara worked at Kent-Athlone Pharma as a Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information Officer, where she developed a keen interest in signal detection.

She holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) degree in Science, specialising in Human and Animal Toxicology.

Outside of work, Ciara enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Kishori Amatya

Medical Information & Pharmacovigilance Officer

Kishori joined regenold in September 2023 as a Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information Officer, specialising in ICSR processing, Local Literature monitoring, and Medical Information services. She works cross-functionally to support EEA QPPV activities, ensure compliance with EU and UK regulatory frameworks, and manage clinical safety across pharmacovigilance and medical functions. Kishori is trained in both Clinevo and Argus databases, with expertise in end-to-end safety case management.

She began her pharmacovigilance career in 2021 at ProPharma Group as a PV Specialist, following over two decades at British Airways, where she led high-performing teams and developed deep expertise in leadership, wellbeing, and stakeholder engagement. This extensive experience brings a unique people-centred approach to her work.

Kishori holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and English Literature. Outside of her professional work, she is a qualified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher with a keen interest in mental health, wellbeing and inclusion – values that continue to shape her approach to healthcare, safety, and human connection.

Joe Burdon, BSc (Hons)

Pharmacovigilance Officer

Joe joined regenold in March 2026, bringing over 11 years of experience in quality and technical roles within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Prior to joining regenold, Joe held several progressive roles at Perrigo UK, including Analytical Support Analyst, Finished Products Team Leader, Stability Team Leader and Analytical Support Supervisor. Throughout these positions, he played a key role in driving process improvements, managing projects and delivering departmental enhancements. Joe has a strong track record of building effective teams, encouraging collaboration and helping teams achieve high standards of operational performance.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Animal Science.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys a range of creative hobbies including digital art and painting. His music taste is equally varied, spanning everything from country and emo to hip hop.

Dominic Hollis

Pharmacovigilance Officer

Dominic started his career as a Laboratory Technician, where he developed strong lab skills and expertise in laboratory information systems. He moved into pharmacovigilance, where his scientific background helps him protect patient safety whilst making good use of his clinical knowledge. Dominic joined regenold in June 2025 from Redline Pharmacovigilance and supports the team in areas including case processing, signal detection and aggregate report writing.

When he’s not at work, Dominic likes reading, gaming and going to music concerts. He enjoys adventures with his dog, Griffin.

Rachel Clement

Pharmacovigilance Administrator

Rachel began her career in pharmacovigilance at ICON, formerly PRA Health Sciences, contributing to core safety activities. There she played a key part in the wider pharmacovigilance team, handling essential operational tasks and helping to train new colleagues across multiple regions.

She joined regenold in January 2026, where she provides administrative support across Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information. Her responsibilities include managing queries, maintaining quality control, overseeing filing and reconciliation work and contributing to the smooth running of safety functions.

Rachel holds a BA (Hons) in Animation from the University of Wales Newport. Outside work she enjoys cooking, gardening and exploring new places both in the UK and overseas.

Emma Blackburn

Associate Director, Operations

Emma became a part of the regenold team in September 2024, taking on a role to assist with the management of the Operations team. With a degree in Business and Management and prior experience in recruitment and employability, she brings valuable skills to the team.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys an active lifestyle with her family and her lively dog, including running, cycling, reading, and cooking.

Lauren Bettiss, ACA BFP

Head of Finance

With 18 years’ experience in finance, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge spanning both industry and practice. She began her career in industry, gaining ten years of hands-on experience while completing her AAT qualification, including managing the accounts function for a large independent veterinary practice.

Lauren then moved into practice, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW in 2021. Over six years, she developed a broad technical skill set and a deep understanding of diverse business environments. For two years prior to joining regenold, she served as Group Financial Controller for an aviation spare parts supplier, leading the finance function and contributing to strategic decision-making across the business.

A lifelong animal lover, Lauren’s home is shared with two children, three dogs, a cat, four horses, and a pony – ensuring there’s never a dull moment.

Shane Sankey, BSc (Hons); AAT

Finance Manager

Shane is a part-qualified (AAT) accountant with more than 20 years of experience in an accounting environment.

He is currently finance manager for regenold having joined the company in 2012. He previously spent nine years working for a leading IT services company, progressing rapidly from accounts assistant to accounts manager, a role he held for eight years.

Prior to gaining his AAT qualification, Shane achieved a 2:1 in his Environmental Sciences degree at the University of Greenwich.

Shane currently manages all areas of the accounts function for regenold reporting in to the CEO, the regenold board and company accountants. His day-to-day role includes raising invoices to clients, processing supplier payments, bank reconciliation and production of monthly management accounts, statutory reports and company budgets.

Martin Perriam

Trainee Management Accountant

Martin joined the Operations team in 2022 as a Finance Officer. Having previously worked in finance roles, Martin has an AAT qualification.

He has 2 young children and when not working he enjoys all sports, gardening and generally being outside.

Ben Smith, MChem (Hons)

Head of Client Success & Partnerships

Ben joined regenold in 2019 and is a pharmaceutical industry professional with international regulatory affairs experience in licensed pharmaceuticals and investigational medicinal products. He leads the growth of the business across all sectors and has also supported clients with a wide range of technical and strategic regulatory activities for medicines.

Rebekah Gladstone

Business Coordinator

Rebekah has had a varied and extensive working history in administration, including six years as PA to the sales and marketing director of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. Prior to joining regenold, her most recent role was administrative assistant to several Macmillan Cancer Support caseworkers. The project’s aim was to assist people with cancer or a ‘life limiting’ condition to claim any eligible welfare benefit entitlement. She liaised with healthcare professionals to ensure they were getting all the support they required.

Rebekah joined regenold in 2014 as administration officer, barely getting a foot in the door before adapting her role to provide support to the QPPV and pharmacovigilance team. Due to the growth of regenold, Rebekah moved across to the finance department as finance assistant, in order to support the finance manager in providing a complete finance service to the whole of the company; addressing all issues of a finance nature and providing all relevant information to meet internal and external demands. In 2025, her role evolved again and she is now a vital part of our client success team.

Brigid Quinn

Business and Project Coordinator

Brigid joined regenold in April 2022, with previous experience in Retail, Banking and Software.

She joined the company to support the QMS team in an administrative role and in July 2024, was promoted to Quality Officer. In June 2025, she moved across to the Operations team where she is an important part of our client success team.

Brigid is a busy mum to 3 young boys and enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. She also enjoys reading and all things arts and crafts.

Jo Lock, MCIM

Senior Marketing Executive

Jo started her marketing career at an international hotel chain followed by a move to a private healthcare company. She then worked in the field of arts marketing for nearly twenty years before setting up her own freelance marketing business.

Jo worked as a marketing consultant for regenold for four years before joining the team officially in 2023.

Jo Biederman

HR Manager

Jo is AAT qualified and has experience of working in admin and finance roles in both accounting practices and the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining regenold, Jo spent 7 years working as a finance officer for Perrigo.

In 2016, Jo joined the operations team at regenold as an administrative officer, before becoming Support Services Manager in January 2022 and then HR Manager in July 2024. On a day-to-day basis, she is responsible for managing the HR and administrative needs of the company, including all aspects of the employee lifecycle, benefits and rewards packages, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Jo has two daughters and in her spare time she enjoys being outdoors either walking her dog, running or cycling. She also enjoys making (and eating) cake!

Tracy Manley

People & Wellbeing Officer

Tracy joined regenold in September 2021 and in May 2022, after completing an HR Level 4 course, she was promoted to HR & Administration Officer. By July 2024, her role had evolved further, and she is now our People & Wellbeing Officer.

Her favourite pastimes are spending time with her husband, two teenage children and close friends. Outside of this, she enjoys cooking, visiting new places/restaurants, walking her dog, gardening, and crafts.

Beverly Jeffery

Finance and Administration Officer

Beverly joined regenold in September 2024 to assist the Operations team with finance and administrative tasks. She holds a BA in Business and has a wealth of experience from her previous roles in customer service, administration, and finance across multiple industries.

Caroline Norton

Administration Officer

Caroline joined regenold in March 2025 and is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in public service and veterinary care. She spent four years as a Clerical Officer with Dublin City Council before moving to Florida, USA, where she worked in a large animal hospital.

After returning to Ireland, she joined Longford County Council as a Clerical Officer, building a successful 20-year career and progressing to the role of Senior Staff Officer. She further enhanced her expertise by completing a Diploma in Government Studies.

Caroline supports both the team in our Longford, Ireland office and also provides invaluable admin support across the company as part of the wider admin team.
