Quality Management System

We implemented a customized Integrated Management System (IMS) that guarantees clients a consistent, high level of quality service. This multifaceted system is not only based on current GxP guidelines, but also on state-of-the-art ISO norms for quality, environment, and workers’ safety. Our philosophy is based on a dynamic perspective that covers all components of the business process.


Quality Standards regulanet®

All regulanet® members use a common set of quality standards for best practices. Through this system, we ensure high-level services and strong communication with our clients.

As part of regulanet®’s aim to continually improve, both its members and the standards they undergo internal and external audits to demonstrate their suitability and receive constructive feedback.


Quality Management Team

Maintaining high quality standards across all departments is vital to client satisfaction and is our quality management team’s primary aim.

After studying nutrition and hygiene technologies with a focus on quality management and production hygiene, Sonja Rüdele joined regenold GmbH in 2001 as quality management and regulatory affairs manager, and was responsible for the implementation of the company's quality assurance system.

An important development has been the introduction of our Integrated Management System (IMS), which was formed to create more effective business performance practices by combining quality management with environmental and workers’ safety.
